We are an SEO company located in Los Angeles (Westwood Village), and we are looking for a part-time, front-end web designer & developer who is LOCAL to the Los Angeles area.

Help! I have a WordPress blog and when I try inserting a link from one of my blog posts to my LinkedIn group, LinkedIn won’t take viewers to my blog page. My regular WordPress expert threw up his hands. I’ve tried linking other WordPress blogs to the same LinkedIn page and they worked fine. So it’s apparently something specific about my particular WordPress blog and/or its settings. If you’re able to solve this I’ll pay you $50. Going forward, I’ll also need a go-to resource for my WordPress stuff. You could be that person, and this could lead to a longer term relationship. So… I hired this guy to configure SugarCRM for us in December of 2010 – 14 months ago. It was quoted as a 6-8 week job and yet we’re still not live. Crazy! Don’t get me wrong, the person we hired to do the work did a fine job, for the most part. However, he apparently only works from 1:00AM to 2:00AM on Thursdays and it takes us FOREVER to get anything done. I’m looking for someone who knows Sugar inside and out and can QUICKLY get things running for us. I have a list of fixes I need plus some enhancements. Please reply with your qualifications and rates. Here’s how I see things going. 1) Short call with you and then ask you to make some changes (1-2 hours). Depending on the speed and quality, we’ll meet face to face and I’ll take you through what still has to be done – then’ll you’ll do it. I’d like to find someone who can give us 4-5 hours a day until the work is done. I can’t afford to hire someone who does this as a night or side job – you need to be ready, willing and able to do the work.
